inspiration....

saw an ad in the paper today for an exhibit of Gordon Parks works at the Dallas museum of art. it had this photo in it. i went "hey! i copied that ages ago." so i finally got motivated to get pictures of my sketches and other crap. (not all of them, a lot of them, but some things don't need to ever see the light of day again. who cares about my doodles?) i couldn't tell you the date on this, sometime between 1990 and 1993 (freshman-senior year of highschool) if i could have categories i'd call this maggie's baaaaaad art.
