it lists exactly one event nearby. i'm not sure how they qualify nearby. These guys (at least one of them) aren't THAT far from me. maybe i just have a weird sense of nearby being in Dallas. their map currently lists 427 events. woof.

update: okay, i checked it out, if i search within 25 miles i get 202 events. 10 miles i get four. one of which is Rowlett Doggie splash day! why isn't that considered nearby?! rowlett ain't.that.big.

update 2: yeah, so as soon as i make this post the event system goes down for maintenance. ugh.
