melting my brain...

finished War and Remembrance a little over a week ago. read some trash and now I'm reading Music, Language and the Brain.  I think I'm catching about a third of what it's talking about. particularly when in gets into statistics, but it is bringing up some interesting questions.

haven't read too much off of the pile, but I was bad and bought some things anyway....  When you Are Engulfed in Flames,  Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim,  Lost,  Death in Venice, The English Patient, The Road, The Hour I First Believed, Eva Luna,  The Remains of the Day, and Beloved.

I really am thinking once I get through Music, Language and the Brain that my reading will pick up quite a bit and I can knock out a stack before the end of the year.  we'll see.
