MK: oh, Jefferson City.
RTO: bwah ha ha haaaaa that's
MK: oops, Salt Lake City.
RTO: no, it's Provo.
MK: (googling).... uh, no, it's Salt Lake City.
RTO: what? you had to look it up?
MK: yeah, like you'd take my word for it.

I've learned not to argue with RTO without documentation.
