stupid pet tricks...

so the last couple days I've been walking the dogs together cause I didn't feel like walking in the first place so who knows if the second dog would get a walk.

Anyway, passed a couple pit bulls today and Roxie managed to slip free and become a chew toy. It's hard to pull dogs apart when you've got extra dogs involved. Guy with the pits finally got Roxie pinned and his dog off so I could slip her collar back on and tighten it.

*sigh*

didn't mention I'd been hitting the snooze button for like, an hour. anyhoo, I may have a new assignment. only potential problem may be that it's professional dress. eeeeeee! I'll figure something out.

usually, I heart knitting

but this latest pattern has been driving me up a wall. I've looked online for errata, but come up with nothing. However, looking at it the problem seems to be that 175 is not evenly divisible by 6. I think it's' supposed to be 174, but I've been coming up with all kinds of crazy numbers trying to correct it as I go along.

so, Leisure Arts, our best Knit baby afghans, Priceless White Diamonds pattern... there's a problem there.

had a great trip

to D.C. last week. didn't really take any pictures, RTO got a few with his phone, but I figured enough pictures had been taken of all the landmarks there was no need for me to take more. I just soaked in the scenery.

Roxie looks like Frankenstein's monster. Sophie attacked her Friday, so she has some shaved bits on her head. The vet didn't seem too concerned about it when i picked them up today. one of those,"scary when it happens" things, but everyone is okay. sorta.
